Custom SaaS

Built from scratch, for work no tool can do.

Internal tools, client portals and apps, built around how your business actually runs. We scope it, build it inside your accounts, and hand it over or keep it running.

  • A written scope before anything is built
  • Built in your own accounts, on your domain, under your billing
  • You choose who runs it
  • Built in your accounts
  • A fixed route to live
  • You choose who runs it

The problem and what you’re left with

Some of what a business needs has to be built from scratch. When the work doesn’t fit a package or any off-the-shelf tool, it stays manual.

  1. Work that fits no tool, handled

Built for the way your team works, not the other way round.

  2. Fewer questions by email

Your clients look it up themselves.

  3. One place for the work

Work that used to sit in spreadsheets and separate tools now happens in one place.

  4. Everything in your name

Your accounts, your domain, your billing; the code and the documentation are yours.

What we take over

  • We start with how you work: the work, the people and the tools involved
  • A written scope: what we deliver, how we test it and what you own
  • Built in your own accounts, on your domain, under your billing
  • The code, the documentation, the access and the setup notes
  • Clear limits on what agents do: what they do alone, what needs your approval, what always goes to a person
  • A fixed route to live: audit, scope, build, test, handover
  • Third-party tools and AI models keep their own licences and costs; we list those before we start
  • You choose who runs it: your team takes over, or we keep it running

What you need to start

Access to the tools involved and one person on your side who knows how the work runs today. We handle the rest.

A fit

  • Some of the work is held together by a spreadsheet or by one person who knows how it goes.
  • Clients email or call for every update, and your team pulls the same information together again each time.
  • You have your own ideas and internal processes that no existing tool covers.
  • The work doesn’t fit a package or any off-the-shelf tool.

Not a fit

  • One of the packages already does what you need. Then start there.
  • You’re looking for an existing product off the shelf. This is built to measure.
  • You don’t want it to run in your own accounts.

Questions

Who owns it once it’s built?

You do. It runs in your own accounts, on your domain, under your billing, and you get the code, the documentation, the access and the setup notes, so anyone can take it further.

Who runs it after handover?

You choose. Your team takes over, or we keep it running for you. Building it and running it are two separate agreements, both written down before we start.

Why not just hire a developer?

A developer builds what you ask for. We first figure out what is worth building, then build it and keep it running. Most of the value is in that first step.

What does it cost?

That depends on what we build. After the free call you get a scope with a fixed price, before you commit to anything.

How long does it take?

The timeline follows the real scope. A large build is not sold as a two-week job; you see the planning in the scope before we start.

Not sure where to start? That’s what the call is for.

One call is enough to map it. After the call you get a scope with a fixed price.
