How is this different from hiring someone?
A hire costs a salary every year and takes what they learned with them when they leave. We build a system that does the work and you own it. You also get three people who have done this before, instead of one who is learning on your time.
We’re a coaching business, not e-commerce. Does that work?
Yes, we take on both. The four layers are the same either way; what sits inside them is different. For a coaching business that means bookings, follow-up, proposals and invoicing rather than orders, returns and stock.
How fast is something actually running?
Within around two weeks of the first call there is something live. Not the whole system, but a working piece you can judge for yourself before we go further.
Does it work with the tools we already use?
That is the point. We build inside what you already run instead of moving you onto something new. If it has an API or an integration, we can work with it.
Do we keep the system if we stop working with you?
Yes. The build lives in your environment and it belongs to you. Ending the relationship does not switch anything off.
Can we see it working before we commit?
Yes. Ask on the call and we will walk you through a system that is running, not a demo built for the occasion.
How is this different from an agency?
An agency runs things for you and keeps the machine. We build the machine inside your own accounts and hand you the keys. If we stopped tomorrow, it would keep running.
Do you actually do the work, or just build the agents?
Both. We build the agents and we run them. Three of us sit in the operation steering and correcting the system, rather than handing you a login and wishing you luck.
Do we need someone technical on our team?
No. If you can explain how your business runs, that is enough. The technical side is ours and it stays ours.
Who has access to our data?
It stays in your accounts. Access is scoped to what you approve, every action is logged, and anything the system did can be read back and undone.
How much of our time does this take?
Most of it is at the start, while we learn how you work. After that it is short check-ins. The whole point is that it takes work off you rather than adding it.
