How is this different from hiring someone?
A hire costs a salary every year and takes what they learned with them when they leave. We build a system that does the work, and your data, logs and prompts stay yours. You also get two people who have done this before, instead of one who is learning on your time.
We’re a coaching business, not e-commerce. Does that work?
Yes, we take on both. The four packages are the same either way; what sits inside them is different. For a coaching business that means bookings, follow-up, proposals and invoicing rather than orders, returns and stock.
How fast is something actually running?
Usually within two to four weeks of the first call there is something live. Not the whole system, but a working piece you can judge for yourself before we go further.
Does it work with the tools we already use?
That is the point. We build inside what you already run instead of moving you onto something new. If it has an API or an integration, we can work with it.
Do we keep the system if we stop working with you?
With a package, no: when you stop, the system stops, and you keep your data, logs and prompts. While we work together the system is ours and you make the decisions; if Division 9 stops, it becomes yours. Custom SaaS is different: it is delivered into your own environment with the code and the documentation, so it stays with you and anyone can take it further.
What is the notice period?
Between 30 and 60 days.
Can we see it working before we commit?
Yes. Ask on the call and we will walk you through a system that is running, not a demo built for the occasion.
How is this different from an agency?
An agency runs things for you. We build a system that does the work and keep it running, while you make the decisions and your data, logs and prompts stay yours. If Division 9 stops, the system becomes yours.
Do you actually do the work, or just build the agents?
Both. We build the agents and we run them. Two of us sit in the operation steering and correcting the system, rather than handing you a login and wishing you luck.
Do we need someone technical on our team?
No. If you can explain how your business runs, that is enough. The technical side is ours.
Who has access to our data?
It stays yours. Access is scoped to what you approve, every action is logged, and anything the system did can be read back and undone.
How much of our time does this take?
Most of it is at the start, while we learn how you work. After that it is short check-ins. The whole point is that it takes work off you rather than adding it.
